Job Description:

As a Bonus and Promotions Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing promotional activities that drive player engagement and retention. Your role will include managing various bonus types, tournaments, lotteries, and promo codes while ensuring seamless execution in alignment with our marketing strategy. Additionally, you will oversee game releases, portfolio management, and promotional alignment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, set up, and manage promotional campaigns, including bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, and promo codes.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize live promotions using internal bonus engines and third-party tools.
• Track and analyze promotion performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Follow the game release plan, ensuring timely activation and proper portfolio organization.
• Enable/disable games based on business needs and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the responsible departments to resolve game-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming policies.
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and BI teams to enhance promotional effectiveness.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to bonus abuse and fraud.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.

• Good at multitasking.

• Self-organized.

• Structured and organized.

• Pays attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming.
