As a Middle Backend Developer at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

• Responsible for integrating games into our game platform using Clojure.

• Responsible for reporting scripts on AWS Lambda JavaScript.

• Provide ongoing support for existing integrations and work on preparation for future ones.
• Stay up-to-date with current best practices and learn about new technologies.
• Collaboration with the team to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
• Manage personal development tasks and team member requests based on priorities defined by the group manager.

Required skills:

• High level of ability to write and speak in English.

• Experience with JavaScript or Clojure (or other languages that work in JVM) 2+ years.

• Understanding FP paradigm.

• Experience with RDBS.

• Passion to research and learn new technologies.

• Attention to detail, and good time-management skills.

• Passion for development trends and best practices.

The following would be a plus:

• Experience in working with PostgreSQL.

• Experience in working with Clojure.

• Experience in working with NoSQL.

• High level of ability to write and speak in Russian.
