In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Working in night shifts

  • Handle and process vendor payouts and client deposits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Verify payment requests, review payout schedules, and troubleshoot payment failures or delays.
  • Track, reconcile, and ensure correct recording of payouts and deposits in financial records, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Monitor payment processing systems, dashboards, and alerts to ensure smooth transaction flows and address any disruptions.
  • Respond to payment-related queries from clients, customers, and internal teams, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved payment issues, such as large discrepancies or technical failures, to higher-level teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions for auditing, compliance, and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and customer support teams to resolve complex payment-related issues.
  • Ensure secure processing of payment data, identify system vulnerabilities, and support security improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a related field.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Russian language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)
  • English language B1
