As a Project Manager at our company, you would be responsible for:
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Syncing work and acting as the main point of contact between local operations and headquarters.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product, development, marketing, retention and compliance.
- Managing projects involving CRM and gaming platform integrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Supporting daily B2C operations with CRM-related queries and ensuring alignment between technical and business requirements.
- Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Analyzing project outcomes to identify areas for process improvement.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems / gaming platforms is a must.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish, Ukrainian, or Russian, is a plus.
Experience managing projects in regulated markets.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
