Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Payment Support to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Working in night shifts

  • Investigating and resolving issues related to payments, refunds, or chargebacks, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Handling and processing payouts to vendors, employees, contractors, or clients
  • Ensuring all payouts are timely, accurate, and in compliance with the company's policies.
  • Ensuring all payment transactions are processed correctly in real-time, identifying any failures or discrepancies.
  • Monitoring payment gateways and third-party processors to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinating with both customers and internal teams (e.g., finance, IT, or customer service) to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payment transactions, customer interactions, and any resolution steps taken.
  • Ensuring that all payment transactions follow legal and company policies, particularly around data security.
  • Occasionally analyzing payment data or trends to identify recurring issues or areas for improvement in the payment process.
  • When an issue cannot be resolved at the support level, escalating it to higher authorities (e.g., payment support specialists or management).
  • Mentoring and training new team members on payment systems, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Conducting routine testing of payment processing systems to verify that all functions work as expected.
  • Ensuring all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
  • Identifying vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements.
  • Working in the administrative panel developed by a company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of Russian language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)

  • English language B2
