We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payment Operator to manage financial transactions and ensure seamless payment processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the processing, recording, and reconciliation of payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Work schedule: 12-hour work shift.

• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor daily payment transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of payments, invoices, and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and payment protocols.

• Identify and resolve payment issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize payment workflows.

• Support the implementation of new payment systems.

• Generate regular reports on payment activities and present findings to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a related field.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Russian language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written) or English language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written).
