We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. The Technical Writer drives clarity and usability by creating and maintaining accurate, consistent, and accessible technical and product documentation. This role plays a critical part in enabling teams and users to effectively understand, adopt, and utilize products in alignment with the organization's standards and objectives.

You'll work closely with product, engineering, QA, support, and infrastructure teams to create and maintain accurate and accessible documentation that enhances internal communication and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly technical and product documentation
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product updates and releases
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to gather information and validate technical content
• Define, implement, and enforce documentation standards, templates, and best practices
• Organize and structure documentation for easy navigation, accessibility, and usability
• Coordinate documentation updates in parallel with product development cycles and releases
• Review and continuously improve existing documentation to enhance clarity and completeness
• Manage documentation versioning and ensure proper lifecycle maintenance across platforms
• Support internal teams and external users by providing reliable and up-to-date reference materials
• Identify gaps in documentation and proactively create content to address user and business needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within software or technology environments
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
• Experience with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git-based documentation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product
• Ability and willingness to actively use AI-assisted tools as part of the daily documentation workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing API or developer-focused documentation
• Familiarity with UX writing and content design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or technical tooling for documentation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside engineering teams
• Familiarity with documentation frameworks or static site generators (e.g., Docusaurus, MkDocs)
