As a Payment Payount Operator at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
- Processing payout and payment transactions
- Work in night shifts
- Handle and processing payouts to vendors, ensuring these payouts are timely, accurate, and in compliance with the company's policies
- Initiate and verifying payment requests, reviewing payout schedules, and troubleshooting any payment failures or delays
- Processing and verifying deposits client accounts as needed. This could include customer payments
- Ensure deposits are recorded properly, ensuring the correct amounts are deposited, and investigating any discrepancies or errors with deposit transactions
- Ensure that payouts and deposits are correctly reflected in the company's financial records. This includes tracking and reconciling transactions, making sure all amounts align with accounts
- Match payouts with records, confirming that deposits are accurate and complete, and resolving any mismatches or discrepancies in financial logs
- Assist with payment-related issues that clients, customers, or internal departments might encounter. This could include questions about the status of payouts or deposits
- Respond to queries, troubleshooting payment issues, helping customers understand why a payment has not been received or a deposit has been delayed, and offering assistance with the resolution
- Oversee the payment processing systems to ensure there are no disruptions in the payout process or deposit management. Monitoring transaction flows and troubleshooting any issues that might arise
- Monitor dashboards, reviewing alerts or notifications about issues with payment gateways, and ensuring smooth system operations
- Ensure all payouts and deposits comply with internal policies and external regulations
- Verify payment data, ensuring secure transfer methods, and maintaining data security during payouts or deposit processing
- When payment issues cannot be resolved at the operator level (e.g., large deposit discrepancies or technical failures), escalating these issues to higher-level teams (Payment Payout Operator Team Lead, finance department, etc.)
- Flag unresolved issues, assisting in gathering relevant data for escalation, and communicating with management or higher-ups for resolution
- Keep accurate records of all payout and deposit transactions for auditing, compliance, and reporting purposes
- Log transaction details, generating reports for management on payment activities, and ensuring data is stored securely for future reference
- Occasionally work with other departments (e.g., finance, accounting, customer support) to handle more complex issues regarding payouts, deposits, or billing discrepancies
- With customer support to resolve payment-related customer complaints
- Manage operational issues related to payout delays
- Compliance and Security
- Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information
- Identify vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements
Required skills:
- Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
