About the job Bonus Manager (iGaming)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bonus Manager to own the end-to-end setup and operational management of bonus offers across multiple brands, GEOs, and player segments. This role is hands-on and execution-heavy: you will configure bonuses in the admin panel, keep the bonus marketing plan accurate and up to date, ensure bonus information is correctly presented on-site, and track performance through clear reporting and core bonus metrics. You’ll also contribute to the development of a segmented bonus strategy together with CRM, Product, and Analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Bonus setup & operations: Configure bonuses in the admin/back-office for different brands, GEOs, and segments (eligibility rules, limits, validity windows, wagering/turnover requirements, caps, cooldowns, exclusions), ensuring accurate setup and consistent naming/versioning.
- Quality assurance & launch readiness: Run pre-launch checks, validate that awarding/redemption logic works as intended, and quickly troubleshoot issues to prevent campaign delays or player-impacting errors.
- Bonus strategy contribution: Participate in developing and improving bonus mechanics for different segments (new players, activated, returning, VIP, churn risk), proposing changes based on performance and player behavior.
- Website bonus content management: Manage the placement and correctness of bonus-related information on the site (banners, promo pages, T&Cs snippets, availability by GEO), coordinating with Web/Content/Design teams and ensuring updates go live on time.
- Bonus marketing plan management: Compile, maintain, and control the bonus marketing plan (calendar), ensuring alignment with CRM campaigns, product constraints, and operational capacity across all brands and GEOs.
- Reporting & performance control: Produce regular reports on bonus efficiency and core metrics (activation, conversion to deposit, bonus cost, redemption rate, turnover completion, NGR impact, abuse/irregular patterns), highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with CRM, Product, BI/Analytics, Risk/Fraud, and Support to align bonus mechanics with player communications, system capabilities, and compliance constraints.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a role related to promotions/bonus operations/CRM operations or similar (iGaming preferred).
- Strong operational discipline: ability to manage large volumes of repetitive setup tasks with consistent quality.
- Confident with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for planning, reconciliation, and reporting; ability to work with numbers and spot anomalies.
- Strong written communication skills to document setups, share launch notes, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and parallel launches across multiple markets.

This role requires attention to detail, persistence, and comfort with routine tasks. You should be patient, structured, and able to stay focused while performing monotone manual work—without sacrificing accuracy.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming (casino), FinTech, or other high-volume, high-compliance verticals.
- Understanding of bonus mechanics and common constraints (eligibility logic, wagering requirements, max cashout, promo abuse prevention).
- Basic SQL/BI familiarity for deeper analysis and self-service reporting.
