We are looking for a Chief Product Officer who will build a systematic product function within a company that already operates multiple established and profitable brands.

Today, our products evolve in a fragmented way, without a unified strategy, clear metrics, or a strong product culture.

Key Mission of the Role

  • Establish a unified product vision across the brand portfolio

  • Build a structured product function (processes, roles, responsibilities)

  • Introduce a culture of hypothesis-driven work and metrics-based decision-making

  • Ensure product resilience in response to market challenges


Areas of Responsibility

1. Strategy & Roadmap Management

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing products and business models

  • Develop and defend the product roadmap at the executive level

  • Align product strategy with overall business objectives


2. Building the Product Function

  • Define the organizational model (team structure, roles, areas of ownership)

  • Establish a clear system of product metrics

  • Implement a transparent prioritization framework

  • Set up regular product rituals (QBRs, roadmap reviews, discovery reviews)


3. Cultural Transformation

  • Transition from a feature-driven to a value-driven approach

  • Implement hypothesis-driven development practices

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and A/B testing

  • Educate teams on product thinking principles

  • Increase stakeholder maturity in product-related decision-making


Collaboration with C-Level

  • Present strategy and performance outcomes to executive leadership

  • Establish transparent reporting on key product KPIs

  • Align expectations and priorities across stakeholders


Qualifications

 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within the iGaming industry, including leadership of product teams.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within the iGaming industry, including leadership of product teams.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth and product scalability across multiple markets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience managing product-related P&L and KPI frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data-driven product decision-making (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis).
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle, payments ecosystem, bonus mechanics, retention strategies, and compliance requirements in iGaming.
  • Experience operating in fast-growing, matrix, and international environments.
  • Fluent Russian and professional English.
  • Strong leadership presence, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
