As a Head of Legal at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

B2C Operations Support

  • Providing legal support for user-facing products (web and mobile platforms)

  • Reviewing and developing user documentation (Terms & Conditions, bonus rules, policies)

  • Advising on customer disputes, complaints, and claims

  • Supporting CRM initiatives, retention strategies, and bonus mechanics

Marketing & Affiliates

  • Conducting legal reviews of marketing campaigns and promotional materials

  • Advising on affiliate and influencer business models

  • Ensuring compliance with advertising regulations and responsible gambling requirements

  • Mitigating risks related to regulatory penalties, blocking, and claims

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with gambling regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions

  • Supporting licensing processes and managing relationships with regulators

  • Participating in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews

Contract Management

  • Overseeing and participating in contracting with PSPs, game providers, affiliate partners, and licensors

  • Supporting payment processes and mitigating legal risks (chargebacks, fraud, disputes)

Team Leadership

  • Leading and managing a legal team of 5–10 professionals

  • Allocating workload and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of legal support

  • Mentoring and developing team members

  • Building and optimizing internal legal processes

Strategy & Risk Management

  • Identifying and managing legal risks within the B2C business model

  • Supporting expansion into new markets and product launches

  • Advising senior leadership on key legal and regulatory matters

Required skills:

  • Law degree

  • 8+ years of legal experience, including experience in iGaming/gambling/betting industries

  • Proven experience supporting B2C products

  • Experience in managing and developing legal teams

  • Strong expertise in gambling regulations, advertising and marketing restrictions, AML/KYC, and consumer protection

  • Experience working across international markets

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)

The following skills would be a plus:

  • Experience working in B2B iGaming companies

  • Hands-on experience working with regulators (e.g., MGA, UKGC, etc.)

  • Experience supporting marketing and affiliate models

  • Familiarity with payment systems and PSPs
