The Finance Manager - Continuous Improvement & ESG will support the Finance Director/ CFO in ensuring strong controls, ESG-related risk management and compliance environment in Citadel operating companies; ensuring that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place especially in the company's key processes.

As an individual contributor, this position will have core responsibility and ownership of the ESG report generation processes and will develop and implement plans to ensure an organization can continue operating during disruptions (BCP).

Assist the Finance Director/ CFO in report generation, Business Review activities, Process Map Creation, Document Management System, Service Management, recognition programs, ad hoc and other finance activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee execution of Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to agreed Operational Level Agreements (OLA).
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure correct and timely invoice processing and payments.
  • Supervise procurement support activities, including Purchase Order (PO) conversions within CGS systems.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where necessary

2. Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence (PRIME)

  • Lead review and enhancement of OTC and AP processes through structured improvement initiatives.
  • Drive implementation of process controls, governance standards, and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence through best practices and innovation.

3. Governance & Compliance

  • Manage record management using SharePoint, ensuring proper storage, organization, and compliance of finance documents.
  • Oversee incident management, including monitoring, investigation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Maintain and monitor the Risk Register, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
  • Support compliance requirements including adherence to internal controls and policies.

4. Project Management & Transformation

  • Lead and support strategic initiatives such as:
    o CGS-OTC Easylink 2.0 Integration
    o Project Inspire and other transformation programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive process and system integration improvements across operations

5. IT & Systems Support

  • Oversee issue resolution related to:
    o Dynamic Web platforms
    o Business Central system
    o Third-party systems and integrations
  • Manage and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives.
  • Enforce compliance with Clean Desk Policy across operations.
  • Administer and monitor Business Central licenses and user access inventory

6. Audit & Risk Support

  • Provide support for internal and external audits, including documentation preparation and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational audit requirements.
  • Maintain strong internal control frameworks.

7. ESG & Organizational Support

  • Support coordination and reporting of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities.
  • Assist in consolidating ESG data and ensuring alignment with company standards

8. Administrative & Knowledge Management

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and content for record management and collaboration.
  • Oversee transcription and documentation of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge retention across processes and projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:

  • University Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • CPA License is preferred
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience in shared services or global business services (preferred)
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Analytical with some level of business, finance, and accounting understanding.
  • Excellent numerical ability, and Excel skills.
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate work consistent with IP&E GBA Limited
  • Self-propelled, takes initiatives and is interested in learning the various IP&E GBA businesses.
