We are seeking a detailed and proactive Project Assistant to support our ongoing business transformation initiatives, including system migration and implementation projects. This role primarily focuses on data-related tasks such as migration, analysis and cleansing, and plays a key part in ensuring data integrity and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Tracking
    • Support the project team on various transformation projects by coordinating daily activities and follow-ups.
    • Assist in tracking tasks, deadlines, deliverables to ensure timely progress.
    • Coordinate internal meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Project Testing & Roll-out Support
    • Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case preparation, scheduling, and coordinating test data.
    • Consolidate test results and assist in defect logging and follow-ups.
  • Budget & Administrative Support
    • Assist the project team with budget tracking, book‑keeping of expenses, and maintaining an up‑to‑date record of financial status.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documents including requirements, reports, dashboards and stakeholder communications.
    • Provide support for general administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years experience in project coordination or execution
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
