Talent Acquisition Intern Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Documentation and File Management

  • Assist in the completion, organization, and validation of 2026 employee files (201 files total) to ensure records are complete, properly maintained, and readily available for compliance and audit requirements. Intern to sign an NDA and DPA to ensure that private and confidential data are protected.

2. Employer Branding and Job Advertisement Support

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in promoting job vacancies through various social media channels and recruitment platforms to increase candidate reach and strengthen our employer presence in the market.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination

  • Help source potential candidates, conduct initial outreach, and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers to support timely hiring and improve recruitment turnaround time.

4. General Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative, coordination, and project-related tasks as needed to support recruitment operations and other team initiatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (3rd or 4th year preferred).
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Active user of social media platforms and interested in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Has an active LinkedIn profile and is willing to support employer branding activities through professional social media engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and comply with Data Privacy requirements.
  • Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
