Job Brief:

The role is responsible for the accurate and timely conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring prompt release and vendor acknowledgment for on-time delivery. It also involves creating and maintaining vendor master data in the ERP system without duplication and ensuring contract and purchasing information is accurate. The position supports efficient procurement operations and compliance with company standards.

*Please note that this is a fixed-term position (6 months) only.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
  • Timely release of purchase orders to vendors and ensuring that vendors acknowledge receipt of purchase orders and on time delivery of requirements.
  • Creation of vendor master data inside ERP without duplication and of contract or purchasing information accurately.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably business related
  • Sound ERP (SAP, Oracle, MSNav) knowledge
  • Computer literate with advanced excel skills
  • Able to establish credibility with internal/external customer
