About the job Finance ERP Manager

The ERP Manager who will serve as the functional subject-matter expert for Microsoft Finance & Operations (MS F&O) across the CITADEL Pacific Ltd. Group. This role will support ERP-related needs that do not require technical access, such as report building, master data management, chart of accounts maintenance, and user training. The ERP Manager will also collaborate with IT and third-party providers to ensure smooth implementation, usage, and continuous improvement of the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

The Employee will: 

  • Act as the primary functional expert for MS Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Build and maintain reports within MS F&O to support business operations.
  • Review and manage global master data and chart of accounts.
  • Provide training and support to shared services and operating companies, including onboarding and module rollouts.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party providers on ERP-related tasks and enhancements.
  • Ensure consistency in ERP usage across business units and support process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
