About the job HR Analyst

The HR Analyst serves as the dedicated Human Resources partner for MHI and is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as the primary HR point of contact for employees and business leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives. Working closely with the HR Manager, the HR Analyst provides support in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HR administration, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Responsibilities:

The Employee will:

  • Delivering timely and quality HR services to MHI
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
  • Supporting leaders in addressing employee concerns and organizational issues.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Coordinating effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee movement processes.
  • Supporting employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
  • Preparing accurate HR reports and workforce analytics.
  • Promoting positive employee experience and workplace culture.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral
    Science, Business Administration, or any related field. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an
    HR Generalist or HRBP role
  • Experience handling multiple HR disciplines,
    including recruitment, employee relations,
    performance management, employee engagement,
    and HR administration
  • Experience supporting business units or operating
    companies is preferred.
