About the job Sales & Operations Support

The Sales & Operations Support is responsible for coordinating and negotiating promo fares with the Head Office for various sales initiatives, including agency partnerships, travel fairs, bank campaigns, and regular fare offerings. This role works closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth event preparation for expos and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will be:

  • Responsible for monitoring and assisting customer transfer depending on the plotted warehouse/interline partner-CHI/PAGSS/PSL.
  • Responsible in checking Wit agents record all correct details keyed in the TRM (Transfer Manifest), MAWB, required documentation depending on the specific commodities accepted.
  • Prepare all documentation needed for acceptance and transfers (ONLINE / INTERLINE)  Responsible for the post-flight duties-system data capture.
  • Rebook all offloaded shipments on United Cargo online flight as well as advise affected agents.
  • Responsible in sending of Uplift Confirmation to customers daily.
  • Collate and compile all submitted documents after flight.
  • Responsible for UA NOMAD system updating-PMC required by UA GUM.
  • Responsible for PMC requisition and inventory operations.
  • Submit actual data per flight to United SYD to include pieces loaded, PMC numbers used, build-up.
  • Responsible in the cancellation of unused space via Japan for shipments offloaded/partially lifted by OA partners.
  • Responsible for communicating with United HQ and HUB stations worldwide for any service concerns.

B. SALES SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:

  • Tasked to do the booking finalization and CBA Report.
  • Responsible for the daily shipment monitoring and advising
  • Responsible for POD (Proof of Delivery) sending to customers daily.
  • Help with OA bookings and confirmation after sales duty when needed
  • Help in daily finalization of bookings prior flight time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With at least 4 years of experience or more in hospitality industry
  • With sales and ticketing background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can professionally deal with Principal, GSA officers, customers, and peers
  • Computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft and other airline software system)
