Responsibilities
The Employee will:
The Procure-to-Pay Team Lead manages end-to-end P2P operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier, employee, and inter-company invoices in compliance with company policies. This role oversees purchase requisition-to-order conversion, vendor contract tracking, and vendor data management while driving process improvements and adherence to global best practices. 
*Please note that this is a fixed-term position (6 months) only.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, employee invoices and inter-company invoices in line with company's policies and procedures. 
  • Proper reconciliation of supplier accounts, employee accounts and
    confirmation of inter-company balances. 
  • Work continuously in improving the processes within the Account Payable team.
  • Leads in ensuring the timely conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders, ensuring the dispatch of purchase orders to vendors and ensuring purchase orders are closed as per desired timeline. 
  • Manages the tracking of vendor contracts to ensure that there is enough lead time in the re-negotiation or renewal of the contracts. 
  • Manages the accurate set up of vendor data inside the system.
  • Ensures that procurement processes are following global best practice.
  • Work continuously in improving the processes within the Procurement team.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management or any related course
  • 5+ years broad range experience in procurement and/or supply chain function with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position
  • Sound ERP and SRM knowledge
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Business Intelligence/Warehouse, Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent analytical skills and ands on knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation / commercial / sales support/ billing and OTC processes
