The Business Analyst supports business transformation initiatives by analysing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end project execution. This role partners closely with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle — from discovery and planning to execution, rollout, and post‑implementation review.
Responsibilities
Requirements & Process Analysis
- Lead requirements‑gathering sessions and maintain clear, consistent communication with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed user requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, data mapping, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Solution & Project Support
- Support solution design discussions with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking, including preparing status reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate and support rollout activities such as training logistics, communication materials, and onboarding documentation.
Testing & Data Activities
- Drive UAT planning, test case development, execution coordination, and defect follow‑up.
- Support data‑related tasks including data analysis, cleansing, mapping, and verification.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and logical‑thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
- Experience in digital transformation, system implementation, or project management is a plus.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
