Job description:
Responsible for supervising the overall operations of the bank, assisting in the management of the bank's operations team; responsible for operational risk management; responsible for docking with other lines on operational work, and ultimately ensuring that bank operations are consistent with the bank's overall strategic goals.
Main job responsibilities:
- Develop operating department strategies and work plans and submit them to management to support and achieve the bank's strategic goals.
- Take the lead in designing and optimizing various business processes across the bank, identifying, controlling, handling and reducing operational risks, and proposing positive suggestions for improvement to reduce operating costs.
- Take the lead in inspecting the daily work of the banks clearing, counter, customer service and other operational lines to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design, development and updating of the Banks operational operating manuals, procedures and policies.
- Cooperate with the development, testing and tracking of various banking systems and processes, such as core systems, mobile banking, online banking, bank cards, etc., and propose operational needs and optimization suggestions based on digital banking strategies.
- Actively connect and cooperate with the work of other departments, especially IT, clearing, compliance, credit review, brand and other departments, give full play to the role of the operation line as a gathering center and bridge in the entire bank, and assist in cooperating with the growth of the entire bank's business.
- Based on business needs, cooperate with other departments in product research and development, process setting, risk control, revenue and cost accounting, marketing, etc.
- Take the lead in managing the bank's cash business, including cash inventory at the head office and branches, cash account management, cash deposits, withdrawals, and transportation.
- Take the lead in managing the bank's ATM machines and branches to ensure the normal operation of all daily operations.
- Pay attention to the healthy ideological development of employees, improve employees business capabilities and skills, promote the training and development of employees in business positions, and provide guidance and guidance on business matters, improve employees business capabilities, emergency response capabilities, customer reception service levels, and continue to improve customer service efficiency and quality.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements:
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, economics or finance and other related majors.
- Fluent in English (daily work communication and use), fluent in Chinese is preferred.
- Have more than 3 years of relevant work experience in commercial bank operations (head office experience is preferred) and be familiar with banking business.
- Good communication and coordination skills, proactive work, strong awareness of risk prevention and teamwork, strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work.
- Able to quickly identify problems and find corresponding solutions.
- Be in good health, have good conduct, be honest and dedicated, and have no illegal or disciplinary records or bad records.
