Operations Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Take a leadership role in reviewing, developing, and optimizing operational financial guidelines, workflows, and policies within company.
• Ensure the quality of budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting reporting specific to the company standards.
• Improve the effectiveness of the processes and find solutions for operational challenges unique to the food and beverage industry.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the company operations and programs in the industry domain.
• Effectively manage deadlines and demonstrate high levels of accountability in line with the company expectations.
• Introduce and implement digital tools and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Additional duties may be added as needed to meet the company demands.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience with Food and Beverage industry.
• Proven leadership experience in a financial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting reporting, specifically within the context of the industry
• In-depth understanding of the food and beverage sector, including its unique financial challenges, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with operations and programs in the food and beverage domain.
• Flexibility to take on additional duties as needed to meet the evolving demands and challenges of the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address industry-specific challenges and enhance operational processes.
• Excellent oral and written Khmer and English language skills.
