As a key member of the marketing team, your role involves establishing and nurturing a robust network of connections with influential decision-makers, business leaders, and key figures in Cambodia. Your mission is to spotlight the premier residential and business offerings, enticing a new wave of investors to explore a range of features, from ideal family homes to versatile business spaces. 

What do we expect?

The objective of this role is to establish a significant presence and garner attention in the investment landscape of Cambodia. This high-profile position requires seamless collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to elevate visibility, drive sales, and boost the overall business activity within the complex.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the market trend, be on top of new business needs and opportunities, identify, develop, and maintain partnerships to build a strong network of business relations
  • Work with data analytics and insight teams to develop valuable business intelligence to feed into strategic plans and recommendations
  • Work with the sales team to understand customer experience while identifying partners for value-added services
  • Source and acquire new strategic partnerships
  • Blend Cambodian lifestyle into the brand for stronger communication and social media impact
  • Find new ideas to attract Cambodian investors
  • Be the ambassador of the company to high-end Cambodian people, a respected and appreciated actor of the real estate business

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business development, marketing, or public affairs and relations
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, digital marketing strategy and public relations
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)
  • Strategic mindset
  • Knowledge of corporate partnership management
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative
  • Good research and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and to be capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action on projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in fast-paced working environment
  • Knowledge of the real estate business is a plus
  • Knowledge of sustainability and related fields is a plus
