We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with experience in marketing collateral productions, video productions, and event organizing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products as well as collaborating with multiple departments to deliver successful outcomes.
The candidate must be able to work independently and lead a team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that will drive revenue growth and enhance brand recognition.
What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance the overall marketing ecosystem.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
What you should have
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing collateral production, video production, and event organizing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the creative production process, including graphic design, video editing, and event logistics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in marketing technology and tools.
- Candidate from developed market is preferred e.g Malaysia/ Singapore/ Hong Kong
