We're recruiting for a User Experience Designer to join an emerging and rapidly growing software company in the heart of Berlin, building industry leading cloud-based software. This is a permanent position, looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in team management, who can work on-site in central Berlin.

You'll own a medium sized team, including UX & UI Designers & Researchers, who have amassed experience with some of the worlds leading businesses. This is an exciting position within a well backed business, looking to break the glass ceiling for perfect User Experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- To be responsible for the entirety of the products User Experience.

- Collaborate with User Researchers, UI & UX Designers within your team to ensure the Design & User Experience is exceptional.

- Recommendation and implementation of new tech as needed.

- Collaborating with the wider development & Marketing teams, to ensure seamless usage of products.

- Manage Stakeholders & Senior Managements expectations, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of the User's Experience.

- Supporting a broader team in discussing, designing and implementing various product features.

Your experience will be:

- 8+ years of User Experience Design experience.

- Must have experience managing/leading User Experience Design teams.

- Experience with stakeholder management.

- Expert knowledge of the full design lifecycle, from Research, Development, UX & final Design.

- Fluently speaking both German and English.

- 80,000-120,000 base depending on experience.
