As the sole TA professional embedded within their organisation, you will be responsible for driving the entire hiring process, from talent strategy to execution, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Talent Strategy: Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with business goals, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the clients employer brand through targeted attraction strategies, social media engagement, and recruitment marketing.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, reinforcing the clients reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Process Optimisation: Implement best practices, leverage data-driven insights, and continuously improve recruitment workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices to foster a diverse workforce that reflects the companys values and mission.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the tech sector or a high-growth environment.
  • Strong ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience working within an RPO, agency, or internal recruitment function.
  • Passionate about innovation in hiring, with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with UK employment laws and compliance.
