Chung Insurance Agency is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a team member for Chung Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Progression to Marketing Associate

After gaining a solid foundation in insurance and demonstrating exceptional performance in the customer service role, employees will have the opportunity to transition into the Marketing Associate position.
