About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Larnaca. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers — creating awareness of our platform, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for the sales team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the hunt — researching target markets, reaching out to senior decision-makers, and seeing the impact of your outreach in real numbers. What You'll Do
- Lead Generation — Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and inbound inquiries. Use email, phone, conferences, and social media to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
- Market Research — Study customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape across target segments (contact centers, fintech, forex, AI voice, telecom resellers). Translate insights into tailored sales pitches.
- Prospecting — Build and manage a pipeline of leads. Engage with prospects to assess their interest and readiness, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and hand off to the sales team.
- Sales Outreach — Run outbound calls and emails to introduce our platform, educate prospects on its benefits, and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Outreach Sequences — Use sales automation tools to run regular sequences across focus industries — tailored pitches, follow-ups, and calls. Continuously optimize for response and conversion.
- Sales Pitch Development — Refine messaging and scripts based on customer feedback and market insights. Adapt your approach for different customer segments.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team — Work closely with AEs to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and a coordinated sales process.
- Sales Metrics & Reporting — Track and report on key performance metrics: SQLs generated, lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, pipeline growth.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role — ideally in tech, SaaS, telecom, or CPaaS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable on the phone and in writing
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to hit and exceed targets
- Self-starter who thrives in an outbound, target-driven environment
- Fluent English (working language — international client base)
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo)
- Confident, persistent, and curious — you enjoy learning new industries and new buyer personas
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or generating leads for a technical B2B product (telecom, VoIP, API, CPaaS, SaaS infrastructure)
- Background in forex / CFD / fintech verticals (a major part of our ICP)
- Experience in AI Voice / conversational AI outreach
- Greek or Russian language — a plus for local and CIS client work
- Experience with sales automation tools and outbound cadences
