Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy across all business units.

  • Lead brand, performance, creative, content, community, and regional marketing teams.

  • Build long-term positioning in fintech, Bitcoin, and Web3 markets.

  • Align marketing with product, business development, and executive leadership.

User Acquisition & Growth

  • Oversee paid performance channels across global markets.

  • Build predictable, scalable acquisition funnels with clear CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.

  • Lead growth experiments, funnel optimization, and conversion improvements.

  • Manage high-budget marketing investments across multiple regions.

Brand, Communications & Creative

  • Own brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.

  • Lead global campaigns, sponsorships, collaborations, and ambassador/KOL programs.

  • Oversee PR, media relations, and market positioning.

  • Ensure brand consistency across regions, channels, and platforms.

Product Marketing & Market Expansion

  • Connect product value with market needs through segmentation, GTM strategies, and localization.

  • Define and communicate product positioning and use cases for global audiences.

  • Support launches in new regions with localized marketing plans.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Build high-impact partnerships with exchanges, payment providers, Web3 ecosystems, and fintech players.

  • Collaborate with B2B, BD, and ecosystem teams on integrations and co-marketing.

  • Develop cross-channel partner activation strategies.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build a data-driven marketing culture with clear KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting.

  • Oversee attribution, incrementality, campaign impact modeling, and marketing financial planning.

  • Present performance insights to executive leadership and the board.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global, multi-disciplinary marketing organization.

  • Establish operational processes, performance cycles, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Manage marketing budgets, resources, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within fintech, digital finance, crypto, or high-growth tech.

  • Proven success in scaling global marketing across multiple regions.

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual marketing budgets.

  • Strong expertise in both brand and performance marketing.

  • Experience with international expansion.

  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, GTM strategy, and funnel optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in data, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural leadership skills.

  • Fluent English (C1+).

  • Experience in crypto/Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
