Mathematics Teacher

We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher for a bilingual school based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

Job responsibilities

• Teach mathematics courses following the IB PYP framework, while creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for students.
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education
• Excellent communications skills
• Good understanding of teaching in IB context

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 33,000 to 36,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
