We are looking for an ESL Teacher for an international school based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position open to candidates starting in August 2025.

Job responsibilities

  • Teach ESL courses to middle school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments
  • Complete other teaching-related activities as arranged by the school

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English or related subjects or having teaching certificates
  • A good grasp of the methodology of teaching related subjects, with AP, IGCSE, A Level teaching experience preferred
  • Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
  • Previous experience in an international school preferred

Salary and benefits

  • Monthly salary of 24,000RMB to 32,000RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
