Psychology Teacher

We are looking for a qualified Psychology Teacher for an international school based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025.

About the school

An international school situated in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen offers schooling services to kids from Kindergarten to High School. The school follows American educational standards and uses a combination of project-based learning, traditional methods, and Maker experiences to facilitate the curriculum.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of Psychology as well as one additional subject: History, English, or Geography to secondary school students
• Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report comments
• Co-teach with fellow teachers to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents or caregivers

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above, master's preferred
• Minimum of 2 years full-time subject teaching experience
• Teaching qualification

Compensation package

• Monthly salary: 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance: 9,000 RMB or housing provided
