Position Overview

The Digital Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in bridging revenue, product, and execution teams through business automation, engineering support, and technical training. The role demands a high level of team interaction and hands-on technical support, particularly in integrating various digital tools and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Automation
    • Integrate marketing, CRM, and accounting systems.
    • Utilize Office 365 productivity tools, including MS Copilot (AI), to streamline workflows.
  2. Engineering Support
    • Implement PLM integration with Siemens Teamcenter and Innovmetric Data Loop.
    • Set up and support networking infrastructure, including servers.
    • Manage data and version control processes.
  3. Training and Development
    • Provide training to maximize team productivity.
    • Serve as a technical liaison with suppliers, demonstrating and supporting the latest technology.
    • Develop and update best practice usage guidelines for both internal and external customers.
    • Support the execution team with customer demonstrations, benchmarks, training, and technical pre-sales support.
    • Offer second-line support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Ancillary Responsibilities:

    • Pre-sales support (primarily robot simulation and demos)
    • Product Test / De-bug
    • Delivery of new R&D programs

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Graduate in a technical subject.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Valid driving license.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and experience of CAD/simulation software, particularly Siemens NX.
  • Practical competence with both tools and computers.
  • Good presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding technology.
