What Youll Be Doing:

Own the CRM platform Lead its ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Champion data integrity Ensure all data is accurate, well-coded, and consistently maintained. Youll be the person who says, That doesnt look right, and fixes it.

Improve usability Make the CRM user-friendly and efficient so that the sales teams want to use it, not avoid it.

Deliver reporting that matters Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Drive process improvements Spot inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement smarter ways of working.
What Youll Need:

A degree or HNC/D in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field (essential).

Proven experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or a commercial data-driven role.

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).

Exceptional attention to detail You take pride in clean data, accurate reports, and system integrity.
