Mechanical Engineer

The Role:
As part of our expanding team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support to customers, subsidiaries, and global headquarters. Your work will include:

• Responding to technical enquiries and investigating product claims.
• Conducting product testing and creating technical documentation.
• Developing and delivering training.
• Researching market trends and competitor activities.
• Supporting the introduction of new products to the European market.

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related qualification (HND as a minimum).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing technical reports and documentation.
• Ability to plan and manage engineering projects effectively.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desirable Skills (Not essential but advantageous):

• Experience in component development, design, or testing.
• Knowledge of CE, UKCA, UL, and related standards.
• Basic knowledge of CAD, CAE, or electrical engineering.
