Your Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of high-impact software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and startup founders to design, build, and scale products that push the boundaries of innovation. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions directly influence the success of early-stage companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end software developmentfrom architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Work closely with startup teams, ensuring alignment on development strategy, technical solutions, and project progress.
• Build and optimize scalable, high-performance applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, or similar).
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solve complex technical challenges, ensuring high availability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor and lead junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in software development, working on complex projects.
2+ years of experience leading small teams or mentoring developers.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Node.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js (or similar modern stacks).
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Deep technical expertise in design patterns, testing, and system architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in German (English is a plus).
Passion for innovation and interest in the startup ecosystem.
