Patient Care Concierge (Remote)

Overview of the Role:

This is a remote, full-time Patient Care Concierge role supporting a Nigerian-based healthcare client. The Patient Care Concierge will serve as a dedicated virtual assistant focused on improving lead response time, ensuring consistent follow-up, and driving client retention. You will manage patient communications, guide consultations, and support the conversion of leads into satisfied, long-term patients. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to inbound leads across platforms (Zoho CRM, phone, email, Instagram, text) within 5 minutes.
  • Identify inquiry type and route to the appropriate workflow or team member.
  • Manage and execute structured follow-up sequences to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate calls and messages to support lead conversion.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-house consultations between patients and providers.
  • Handle post-treatment follow-up communications to ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Maintain communication with patients who have not yet converted, implementing a structured follow-up process.
  • Conduct check-ins 14 days after treatment to support retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience managing administrative tasks and communications remotely.

  • Prior experience in patient care, customer service, or healthcare administration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable, proactive, and accountable work ethic.

  • Ability to manage multiple communication platforms and workflows.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or patient-facing roles.

  • Background in virtual assistance or telehealth support.

  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

Required Skills & Tools (could be transferable):

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM).

  • Ability to manage digital calendars and reminders.

  • Comfortable with phone, email, and messaging platforms (Instagram, text).

  • Strong time management and communication skills.

  • Systems management and workflow coordination abilities.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local Nigerian time).

Pay Range:

R14 000 - R16 000 per month
