Social Media Marketing Assistant (Remote)

The company is a fast-growing marketing agency based in the U.S. that serves over 45 clients across various industries. With a lean team of 6, including co-founders and account managers, this agency thrives on agility, innovation, and data-driven marketing strategies. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support and scale their digital marketing efforts. This role is set to ramp from part-time to full-time within one month, depending on performance and fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post content using omni-channel posting software across multiple social platforms

  • Draft and format email campaigns in HubSpot

  • Pull and organize marketing performance data from Google Analytics and Looker

  • Clean and validate data using ZoomInfo or similar datasets

  • Manage and update tasks in ClickUp

  • Assist with creative content using Canva, and ideally Figma and/or Adobe

  • Communicate proactively and work independently to solve problems

Must Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media content for brands

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar

  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker

  • Basic data handling and validation skills

  • Familiarity with project/task management tools (e.g., ClickUp)

  • Ability to self-manage, troubleshoot, and communicate effectively

  • Remote working experience

  • Experience working for a US/UK company

Nice To Have Qualifications

  • Experience using ZoomInfo for data extraction and enrichment

  • Design experience using Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Agency or fast-paced startup experience

Schedule & Hours

  • Part-time to start: 9 a.m. 1 p.m. EST (4 hours/day)

  • Potential to move to full-time after a 1-month probationary period

Pay Range

$4.5/hrs. (initial rate, part-time)
