Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Our client is a highly respected luxury custom home builder serving some of the most exclusive communities throughout Middle Tennessee. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and a collaborative building experience, the company has established a reputation for delivering some of the region's most impressive custom residences.
They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex luxury residential projects from preconstruction through completion while helping strengthen operational execution across the organization. What You'll Do
- Lead luxury custom residential projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, job costs, change orders, allowances, purchasing, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, designers, engineers, inspectors, and internal team members throughout the construction process.
- Maintain proactive communication with homeowners, ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
- Hold trade partners and project teams accountable to quality standards, timelines, cleanliness, communication, and overall jobsite performance.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact budgets, schedules, or client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site meetings, subcontractor meetings, client updates, and project reviews.
- Review scopes of work, proposals, invoices, shop drawings, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee punch list completion and project closeout activities.
- Partner with company leadership to improve processes, systems, scheduling discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a leadership presence in the field while helping elevate project execution across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
- Luxury custom home building experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success delivering complex construction projects on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, design professionals, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, change orders, and cost control.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results.
- Experience with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and digital project documentation tools.
- Desire and capability to grow into increased leadership responsibilities over time.
