Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of our office and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties and plays a key part in supporting the team through purchase orders, billing, and overall office coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, positive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) for the division
- Handle billing and posting for all jobs/projects
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Assist with various projects and tasks as needed
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability in supporting office functions
- Help keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or front office experience
- Experience handling billing, invoicing, or purchase orders is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
