Job Title: Operator/inspector

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QC Inspector / Lab Technician to support quality control processes in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for inspecting materials and products, conducting lab testing, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to follow established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products for quality and conformance to specifications
• Perform dimensional checks
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Conduct basic lab tests
• Communicate non-conformances to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and inspection areas
• Maintain inspection equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards
• Assist with other duties related to quality and production support as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in quality control, lab testing, or manufacturing inspection preferred
• Basic understanding of measurement tools and inspection procedures
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations
• Reliable and punctual
