Key Responsibilities

-Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

-Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

-Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment across all phases.

-Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

-Identify project risks and take proactive steps to address them.

-Foster a collaborative, supportive team environment, mentor junior team members.

-Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

-Deep knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.

-Strong leadership and communication skills.

-Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

-PMP or similar certification is a plus.
