Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom interior and exterior hardwood doors utilizing cut lists and drawings
• Knowledge of powered machinery, including but not limited to shapers, planers, wide belt sanders, Saw Stops and executing programs on the CNC machine.
• Enforce safety policies and protocols to ensure a secure job site.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and demonstrate correct techniques when needed.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a custom hardwood doors or window maker.
• Strong knowledge of powered machines.
• Ability to read and interpret cut lists and drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of woodworking materials and methods.
