We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate for our automotive team. You will ensure high-quality production by operating machinery and conducting quality checks. Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Perform regular quality inspections of automotive components to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
  • Load and unload materials into machines and perform necessary setup and adjustments for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Document production data, including quantities produced, defects, and machine performance for reporting purposes.
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with equipment and escalate more complex issues to maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency and product quality.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial machinery.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work and minimizing errors.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
