Cherry Talent Group is looking for a Houston-based Recruiting Sourcer to join our team. This is an entry-level role with a strong pathway to grow into a full-cycle recruiter position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Researching and sourcing top talent for a variety of roles 
  • Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Organizing and tracking candidate information with attention to detail
  • Supporting recruiters in active searches and client updates
  • Learning the ins and outs of values-aligned, connection-first recruiting

A Few Logistics:

  • This is a hybrid role. While its primarily remote, we do meet in-person a few times a month at our West Houston office.
  • This is an hourly position with clear room for growth into a recruiter role (with increased compensation and responsibility).
