Location: Jacksonville Beaches
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base + project-based bonuses

About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential projects ($1M$6M). You'll work directly in the field, collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver homes that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-3 active projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Interpret architectural, engineering, and cabinet plans, anticipating and resolving construction challenges
• Coordinate daily subcontractor tasks and ensure materials and installations meet luxury standards
• Maintain organized, safe, and pristine job sites reflecting the high-end nature of the work
• Provide daily updates using BuilderTrend or similar project management software
• Collaborate with office staff during project handoffs and planning meetings
• Proactively address issues, ensuring client satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in custom residential construction
• Proven success managing high-value, complex projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively
