The CDP will be employed by Chefdarbari Hospitality Staffing Services and will be placed at one of our client's establishments in Mumbai. The exact details of the contract will be discussed during the interview process. Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Mumbai. The CDP will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. They will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create and execute menus, maintain inventory, and train and supervise junior kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the menu and company standards - Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality - Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow recipes and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation - Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create and execute menus - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen - Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times - Assist with ordering and receiving of supplies as needed - Continuously strive to improve and innovate dishes and techniques - Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen - Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field - Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Creative and passionate about food and cooking - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be legally eligible to work in India If you are a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
