We are urgently hiring a skilled Continental Chef with a strong background in hotel/restaurant kitchens. The ideal candidate will have expertise in European cuisines including Italian, French, and modern Continental dishes. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in plating, flavors, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

• Train and guide kitchen helpers

• Innovate new dishes and contribute to menu planning

• Coordinate with service staff for smooth operation

• Maintain kitchen stock and requisitions

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Continental cooking

• Experience in hotel or fine-dine restaurant kitchens

• Good knowledge of sauces, pastas, grills, and salads

• Ability to manage time and work independently

• Must be presentable, punctual, and disciplined

• Basic English speaking will be an added advantage
