Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to enhance the guest experience from arrival to departure. The GRE will serve as the face of the property, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout their stay or visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and general guest queries.

  • Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints or feedback with grace and urgency.

  • Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.

  • Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and special requests in the system.

  • Upsell property services, amenities, or F&B offerings when appropriate.

  • Follow up on guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through relationship building.

  • Support the front desk team and maintain a clean, professional reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest-facing roles within hospitality preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).

  • Polite, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) is an advantage.

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
