Job Title: Restaurant Manager (RM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager (RM) to lead the daily operations of a restaurant or F&B outlet. The RM will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing staff performance, ensuring profitability, and upholding service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and ambiance.

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.

  • Manage reservations, guest feedback, and conflict resolution.

  • Handle budgeting, cost control, and P&L reports.

  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

  • Implement hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance protocols.

  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen team for smooth service flow.

  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
