Job Title: Restaurant Manager (RM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager (RM) to lead the daily operations of a restaurant or F&B outlet. The RM will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing staff performance, ensuring profitability, and upholding service and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.

Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and ambiance.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.

Manage reservations, guest feedback, and conflict resolution.

Handle budgeting, cost control, and P&L reports.

Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Implement hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance protocols.

Coordinate with chefs and kitchen team for smooth service flow.

Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase revenue.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices.

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
